Do I need to Video my workouts?
Elite/Rx Individual and Rx Teams MUST submit videos of their workouts. ALL other divisions are not required to submit videos but must have a judge oversee the workout, counting their reps, establishing good and bad reps and willing to verify that your score is accurate. It is suggested you use a coach, someone with an L1 or that holds a current judges certification. Partners cannot judge each other. Hold yourself accountable, if you don’t have anyone to judge you can submit a video for review verification. We reserve the right to request a video of any workout score in question and you will have 24-hours to produce proof of your ability to perform the listed score.

-
Do I have to do the individual and team qualifiers if I want to compete on a team if I don’t receive an individual invite?
- Yes. If you want to be eligible to compete on a team, you must sign-up with your partner and submit both your individual score on your own as well enter scores for your team. Individual invites will go out first, once all backfill spots have been filled, team invites will go out. Don’t get left out of competing by not signing up for both options.
