Your journey to 1st Phorm Monster games is simple…earn your way, it’s yours to conquer. Anyone from the Scaled athlete to the Games caliber athlete will be tested appropriately for their division & fitness level.

The 2025 Monster Games are continuing to evolve as the go to competition of the summer. Monster proudly boasts an end of season competition experience for those falling short of making it to the CrossFit Games and those looking for highly competitive and fun event.

COACH AND EVENT PROGRAMMER

Coach Tackett has played a vital role in developing, testing and writing the programming for Monster Games over the last 8 years.

Coach Tackett continues to lead our judges by creating the highest level of fairness for our athletes. Tackett also plays a vital Championship Weekend role as Co-Event Director by helping resolve issues in real time and keeping Monster Games functioning on the highest level.

JALEN ROMERO

SOCIAL MEDIA & OPERATIONS MANAGER

Jalen lives in Memphis, TN and works full time for Christ In Youth while her husband finishes Optometry School. Jalen has served in multiple volunteer roles at Monster since she was 15 and now works to bring messaging on the qualifiers and the championship through stories on our social media channels.

JACOB HEPPNER

EVENT PROGRAMMER

Heppner is best known for his ridiculous level of aerobic capacity and 'Grit' he uses to compete in everything he does. A multiple time Games athlete and current Tactical Games Champion, Heppner brings a unique blend of testing as he constructs the tests for Monster Games year over year.

You can also find Heppner jumping into workouts over the weekend in various divisions because at his core, Heppner is a competitor and loves the competition floor.
